ARNG Program Analyst IV / Lead

We are looking for a Program Manager – Program Analyst IV to join our growing company! This position supports ARNG Analytical, Technical, Resourcing Program Management Support. This individual leads the application of analytic techniques to support strategic decision making for Navy/USMC SE programs/projects. Resolves complex problems. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the ARNG-TF program or project team. Applies government instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Directs the activities of Junior Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary interface between RSC2 and the Government.
  • Lead, direct, and monitor team performance across contract scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Mentor, assess, develop, and rate RSC2 staff as part of performance evaluations.
  • Conduct analysis of Army National Guard collective training events for MCTSP and XCTC.
  • Provide a Program Management Assessment Team (PMAT) to support the MCTSP program to conduct analytical examination of current and emerging requirement(s) IOT measure their effectiveness on the MCTSPs program, priorities, policies, and guidance.
  • Gather mission command systems fielding information from the NSC and report this information back to the MCTSP PM.
  • Analyze ARNG-TR Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks by providing a synopsis of schedule risk, points of contact issues and routing issues.
  • Provide recommendations for management tools within systems of record that meet management requirements or improve management processes; IAW current and new ARNG-TR published Training Guidance, that enable the analyzation of MCTSP and XCTC collective training events.
  • Ensure that the MCTSP program meets the requirements within the SRM, Objective T, collective training Mission Essential Tasks (METs), CATS and ARNG-TR and HQDA-TRS Division guidance daily.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • DoD Secret (Interim Acceptable)
  • 10+, Prior Army, Army National Guard, and/or Army Reserve training development experience required.
  • Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP), Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS), Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC), Mission Essential Tasks (METs)
  • Travel 10-25%
