RSC2 is currently looking for a Business Manager to join our growing team in Fort Meade, Maryland! The Business Manager oversees the financial, contractual, and security aspects of the program while serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing the financial tracking, monitoring, analysis, and reporting functions associated with management of the contract.
- Monitors the status of financial accounts, ensuring that TO charges accurately reflect the correct labor hours and rates, subcontractor costs and ODCs.
- Monitors spending versus plan and notify management promptly of any over-runs/under-runs. Prepares financial reports, statements, and estimates that are provided to the Government to ensure effective management of TO assignments under the contract.
- Responsible for performing contract administration including review of contractual documents; review TO bids for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids including ITAR and import/export compliance; support the negotiations of contracts with customer; ensures performance is in compliance with contractual terms and conditions, all prime contract clauses, provisions and incorporated documents.
- Manages team member subcontracts, task orders and custom quotes associated with the prime contract; provides subcontract interpretation and interact with subcontractors POCs; meet monthly or as required with teammates to discuss technical and financial performance, open issues, and risk.
- Executes administration and coordination of security programs to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Ensures compliance with security standards and provides guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information, and system security, COMSEC, and physical security.
- Provides administrative security support associated with the receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition of classified material.
- Reviews applications for security clearances and clearance renewals.
- Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification and safeguard of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.
- Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs.
- Provides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as propriety information. Supervises preparation, transmittal, and receipt of visitor certifications.
- Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience: 7 years of relevant experience required.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $195,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
