We are looking for a Training Specialist join our growing company! This role is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Training analysis, development and delivery of instruction for Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) /Electronic Warfare (EW) systems
Provide New Equipment training/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) to Soldiers/Civilians
Developing training materials and technical manuals
Must have an active Secret clearance
Experience with DoD Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) systems such as Duke, Modi, I1B1,GATOR, Universal Test set (UTS)
7 years’ experience in the development, integration, and implementation of training for EW or ECM systems
Preferred qualified Spectrum Managers or graduates of Electronic Warfare Officer School
TRADOC Instructor Certification
