RSC2 is currently looking for an Operations Manager/Trainer (Senior) to join our growing team in Summit Point, West Virginia!

Responsibilities:

Oversee system procurement, fielding, and sustainment activities.
Manage logistics and support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations.
Coordinates with customer units for fielding, training, and troubleshooting.
Manages system upgrades and tech refreshes.
Conduct training on the use and operation of customer systems.
Develop/update user guides, lesson plans, course curriculum and other training materials as applicable.
Ensure open communication between all stakeholders to foster positive working relationships and ensure product satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Experience working with biometric technologies and identity management systems.
- Experience working on DoW or other U.S. government contracts, with a strong understanding of acquisition and sustainment processes.
- Experience with the Army's Total Package Fielding (TPF) process including New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), Platform Integration (PI), and Technical Field Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $107,284 - $258,255 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
