Responsibilities:
Work Location: Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC
Employment Type: Full-time, Salary-Exempt

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $64,572 - $139,741 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.

Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in federal and agency-specific acquisition regulations to policy issues.
- Draft policy updates and recommend new acquisition policies.
- Conduct independent research and analysis to evaluate policy benefits, deficiencies, and impacts.
- Coordinate complex research projects and organize findings into recommended solutions.
- Prepare policy briefs, memoranda, full-length reports, and other policy products.
- Gather, analyze, integrate, and report qualitative and quantitative data.
- Research and develop policy positions addressing Congressional, federal, agency, and departmental issues.
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum six years of experience
