We are looking for an IMS Risk Manager to join our growing company! The IMS Risk Manager supports the PEW EW&C Integration Division for USAEUR, CEMA, and MDTF ONS integrated master schedule and risk management activities. The IMS Risk Manager will create and maintain the overall Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), as well as establish and execute the risk management program for the Integration Division.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and implement schedule configuration management processes and procedures
Create IMS project documentation based on current and future Integration Division acquisition processes, contractor generated schedules, IPTs, and ongoing ONS efforts including all program office functional areas (i.e. Budget, Contracting, Test and Evaluation, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity).
Receive input and generate an overall Integration Division IMS that will be tracked at the management level desired by the customer.
Generate overall Risk Management Plan that will be utilized to integrate risk with schedule; use program risks in overall IMS for risk mitigation purposes.
Develop and maintain Risk Management Plan.
Lead discussions to collect risk information from technical leads, project team, and other stakeholders.
Conduct risk identification sessions.
Maintain risk register.
Support risk handling plans.
Estimate cost and schedule impacts.
Perform quantitative risk analysis (i.e., Monte Carlo).
Provide input for Program Management Reviews, baseline review meetings to include performance measurement.
Conduct and/or participate in IMS reviews to discuss program changes and risks.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule from other program schedules.
Requirements:
Must have and Active Secret Clearance, TS/SCI (preferred)
DAWIA Level 2 certification in Program Management or Engineering
PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing IMS’ and supporting project risk management programs for DoD Acquisition customers
Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (Crystal Ball, Pertmaster, Acumen, or equivalent)
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent chartsmanship skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment
Ability to self-start and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
